A little more about our history, and what we want to accomplish here...

Bring the previous web projects to one organized platform, and develop new ones:

I've always had a thing for coming up with a random idea, and seeing what I could do to make it happen.  Along with others, I've helped build an online radio station, expanding the footprints for unsigned bands, live music broadcasts, podcasts, and much more.  This is an opportunity to bring it all together under one roof and grow the overall brand long-term.

Helping others grow:

Along with developing my own projects, I've always worked to help others grow their individual vision.  Before setting up Jerkface, I can't think of the countless hours I've spent helping friends grow in their own personal goals in any projects they were creating.  Websites, media content, or anything else I could contribute to.  I can't think of many times I've ever said no to consulting on or contributing to a project regardless of my time or resources needed.

Notable History:
A lot of the early projects were collaborations with Kevin and the random ideas we'd come up with that seemed cool.  The majority of them seemed too stupid to pull off, and I'm honestly surprised most of them got off the ground, much less were successful.

One of the earliest I recall was Myndflip Radio.  We started it as an online radio station intended to help unsigned bands get exposure on a broad level, instead of just getting a few more faces here and there at local gigs,  Kevin was in a band himself here in the area, so we started networking from there and started branching out to bands all over the country.  We even managed to bring in some from other countries to add to the variety.  Surprisingly, we managed to pick up a fairly good amount of success, and helped a lot of bands get their music into new ears which was our goal all along.

We even spun that off briefly into a project called Austin's Unplugged with the help of another local media company.  This allowed up to bring in local bands to do live acoustic shows here, and then record the sets and broadcast them online.  Again, more exposure for the musicians.

After shutting down Myndflip Radio, we took some time off to relax while we pondered our next idea.  Before too long, we created a podcast called The Failed Social Experiment.  The idea was just the two of us, normally drunk, having our own show to rant about anything we wanted to.  Again, we thought it was a horrible idea.  To our dismay, it had a lot of popularity that we never saw coming.  We ran that for a pretty good amount of time until we weren't able to continue due to other personal commitments.  We even briefly spun off another podcast called Two Jerks Talk About.  Downloads for both shows are available through the podcast archives page.

During this time, mix in some various websites I either just built, or maintained overall, and I keep myself busy.  It's something I like to do, and I plan to keep on for as long as I can.  Now I can look forward to even more possibilities down the road.
